3. Data Transfer

SuuSri primarily processes data in the United States and the European Union. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

4. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to our customers processing personal data on behalf of EU citizens. You can request our DPA by contacting us at privacy@suusri.app.
