We strive to maintain high availability for our AI receptionists. In the event of a service disruption, we will work diligently to restore services as quickly as possible.

You retain all rights and ownership over the data you provide to train your AI and the conversation logs generated on your website. SuuSri is a processor of this data and will only use it to provide and improve the service to you.
Billing is processed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund policy for first-time subscribers. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
SuuSri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
